Finally got round to having a go. Since I ran hot I like it
That’s 277 hands in an hour which fits with what FTPDoug said – that’s about two and a half times the normal rate, so awesome for rakeback. Let’s face it – that’s the only way I ever build my roll, so looks like this is my game.
Of course, next time I play I’ll run bad and I’ll decide that Rush poker is a pile of crap. For now though I’m happy enough with it.
Still no confirmation on the Pokerstars WBCOOP. Since this post is going to knock it off the front page I’ll post the link stuff here again…
I have registered to play in the PokerStars World Blogger Championship of Online Poker! The WBCOOP is a free online Poker tournament open to all Bloggers, so register on WBCOOP to play.

Update: lol, I still like rush poker
I upped it to two tables, and found I could cope with the speed. Possibly if I was using a proper mouse and not my laptop pad thing I could do 3 tables. At least that meant the next hour gave me 700 more hands.
Biggest hand was this one. I was on the verge of folding to what could have been a squeeze, and then realised we were both reasonably deep. Implied odds and all that, so I called. Then my sooooted connectors hit

At last!! He’s back like the renagade master
Awesome rush run! I’m sure you’ll hold it together at the w/e and pwn my sorry 2bit NL5 ass.
Funny that you havent had the wbcoop confirmation. Have you checked “tournament tickets” in the pokerstars software
Master of swing perhaps!
ah, cheers – found the tickets – just hadn’t received an email. There’s two tickets there? Is that one for preliminaries and one for main event?
[x] and this fifty is a token of my mammoth skill at poker
Nah the master of swing is richard cheese
Not sure about the tickets. I have two but one says mix game. My guess is that you have to qualify for the main event so the ticket must be for the prelims. whether you can use that single ticket for more than one event is another thing all together. I’ll be playing the saturday night prelim. can’t be starting an mtt on a weekday at 10pm,thats a younger mans game
Dang I wish I had rakeback. Much like the protagonist in Les Miserables, I created a play money account on FTP in 2004, and paid for it for the rest of my life!
@Conan776 – theres a chance that if you ask FTP support nicely they will retrack you and pay your rakeback for you. I dont think they always do it but its worth a try
